The Debut of Valduero Blanco de Albillo in Singapore

We began this year with a simple goal: to create more opportunities for connection — with great wines, great food, and the people who bring both to life.

Earlier this April, we hosted our fourth tasting of 2025, this time spotlighting Bodegas Valduero at XLX Modern Tze Char. It was a special evening — not only because of the vibrant energy in the room, but also because it marked the Singapore debut of Valduero’s Blanco de Albillo.

Bodegas Valduero is one of the most respected names in the Ribera del Duero region.Their wines, like the Valduero Blanco, which earned 97 Points from Decanter, reflect a unique terroir and a commitment to quality. The winery is also a favourite among influential personalities, including Cristiano Ronaldo, the Ballon d'Or winner, who is part of their exclusive La Tenada Membrasia Club.

Over fifty guests from across the island joined us, and many stayed well past the end to savour the wines and flavours of the night. Blanco de Albillo and the ever-reliable Una Cepa stood out as clear favourites.
